Not only is it hand painted, but it's an altered art creation using actual Victorian-era paper, new paper, antique lace, and more. Lots of detail abound!As always, I line my purses. This one has elegant black satiny fabric with gold designs, black suede-cloth, black braided trim, and a vintage costume jewelry scrap.
